Licenses

We only issue licenses for our beats. When you purchase a kit, vocal preset or one of our services (mixing, mastering or custom beat) you will not get a license, because you automatically have the rights to use them. You are not allowed to share or sell the product, but you can use them freely for your projects with unlimited streams.

STANDARD LEASE AGREEMENT
This agreement is between luvwrld (“Producer”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”).
By purchasing this beat, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:
1. Grant of License
This purchase grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial
license to use the instrumental for recording, distribution, public performance, and
monetization.
The Producer retains full ownership and copyright of the instrumental.
2. Permitted Use
The Licensee may:
• Record and release one (1) song using the instrumental
• Distribute up to 10,000,000 total streams across all platforms
• Sell up to 100,000 copies (digital or physical)
• Monetize on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• Monetize YouTube videos
• Perform the song live
• Use the instrumental in music videos
If the song exceeds 10,000,000 streams, the Licensee must contact the Producer to
negotiate an extended or upgraded license.
3. Credit
Credit to the Producer is appreciated but not mandatory.
If credit is given, it should be listed as:

4. Restrictions
The Licensee may NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, lease, share, or sublicense the instrumental as a standalone
file
• Claim ownership of the instrumental
• Register the instrumental in any Content ID system
• Use the instrumental for NFTs or AI training
• Create derivative beat products for resale
5. Exclusive Rights
This is a non-exclusive license.
The Producer retains the right to sell the instrumental to other customers.
Exclusive rights are not included and must be negotiated separately.

6. Refunds
All sales are final due to the nature of digital products.
7. Ownership
All rights not expressly granted remain the sole property of luvwrld.
